The first floor, up 25 steps above the middle floor and main entrance hall, consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower each with air conditioning, all located along a corridor. One of the bedrooms has a mezzanine with a double bed and retractable flat screen TV .

20 Steps below the middle floor is the second floor, consisting of one double room with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi (bath and shower), a comfortable living room, a modern and professional kitchen, the dining room, and the main terrace.

The living room, which is between the corridor and the kitchen enjoys a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV.
On the second floor, there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower combined, tiled with lucid blue handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
